With over a decade of experience facilitating retreats and collaborative wellbeing experiences, April brings a grounded presence and a deep reverence for transformation. As a certified 400-hour trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, she weaves together a rich tapestry of training across multiple healing and embodiment modalities to create spaces of safety, awakening, deep connection and renewal.
